4. Payment and Delivery
Payment is taken in advance by credit/debit card through a licensed payment institution. The product is shipped to the delivery address given by the buyer within the statutory period of 30 days from payment approval. The delivery cost is shown in the "Shipping" line above.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty by notifying [Seller email] in writing. The seller refunds all payments within 14 days of receiving the notice. Exclusions are listed in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (personalised, perishable, unsealed hygiene products, etc.).
6. Complaints
The buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
