Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to you or a third party you designate, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
How to return
- Send your withdrawal notice with your order number to [Seller email] within the period.
- Ship the product with its invoice to [Seller address] within 10 days of your notice.
- The refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days of the product reaching us.
Products excluded from withdrawal
- Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
- Perishable goods or goods that may expire quickly
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
- Services performed instantly online and intangible goods delivered instantly
Damaged or defective products
If you notice damage on delivery, ask the courier to record it. For defective products you may use your statutory rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502.
