Article 2 — Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the products below, ordered electronically by the BUYER on the SELLER's website https://utkuuludag.com/velora.

Article 4 — General Provisions
4.1. The BUYER confirms having read the pre-contract information on the main characteristics, price, payment and delivery of the product and having given the necessary electronic confirmation.
4.2. The product is delivered to the address given by the BUYER within the statutory 30 days. If it cannot be delivered within this period, the BUYER may terminate the agreement.
4.3. The SELLER shall deliver the product intact, complete, as described in the order and with any warranty documents.
4.4. If the payment institution does not pay the price to the SELLER, the SELLER is released from the delivery obligation.
4.5. If the SELLER learns that it cannot perform due to force majeure, it informs the BUYER within 3 days and refunds the amount collected within 14 days.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of delivery to them or a third party they designate, without giving any reason and without penalty. A written notice to [Seller email] within this period is sufficient. The SELLER refunds the price and any delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the notice. The BUYER returns the product within 10 days of the notice.
Article 6 — Exclusions
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the BUYER's specifications, perishable goods, sealed hygiene products unsealed after delivery and services performed instantly online.
Article 7 — Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
Article 8 — Entry into Force
By confirming the order the BUYER accepts all terms of this agreement. The agreement was concluded electronically on [Order date] and a copy has been sent to the BUYER's email address.
